THE ALPHA HEXAGRAM — Water over Thunder (Hexagram 3: Difficulty at the Beginning)

My day began exactly here:

late waking, no routine, scattered mind, emotional drift,

and immediate distraction.

“Difficulty at the Beginning” wasn’t symbolic—

it was literal.

But the ZeGoDie then revealed why.

Because yesterday, I was not modest.

I indulged in tasty food without restraint.

I became obsessed again with my project.

My mind raced; my focus was consumed.

And that obsession pulled me out of my proper bedtime,

pulled me out of my wake-up routine,

and ultimately created the “difficulty” I woke into this morning.

This is the power of the Rainbow I Ching:

it shows you the root behind the surface.

From that Alpha state, the I Ching Tree branched into the seven dimensions:

THE ALPHA BRANCH — Seven Stages of Rising Through Difficulty

1\. Water over Mountain — Hexagram 39: Obstruction

Resistance. Emotional and mental blockages.

The heaviness of beginning again.

2\. Earth over Wind — Hexagram 46: Pushing Upward

Choosing discipline.

Returning to practice.

Struggling upward through your own inertia.

3\. Earth over Lake — Hexagram 19: Approach

Re-approaching the presence of God.

Drawing near to inner guidance.

4\. Earth over Heaven — Hexagram 11: Peace

The moment alignment returns—

Heaven and Earth in harmony within you.

Strength regained,

not through force,

but through alignment.

Walking carefully.

The highest state of clarity, intention, and spiritual connection.

This entire progression mirrored the ascent of my morning:

from difficulty,

to obstruction,

to effort,

to approach,

to peace,

to reverence,

to clarity.

THE OMEGA BRANCH — The Past That Shaped the Present

The OmegaGram revealed that today was not “random”—

it was the fruit of yesterday’s sequence.

Earth over Thunder — Hexagram 24: Return

Returning again to the cycle.

Returning again to the struggle.

Earth over Mountain — Hexagram 15: Modesty

Humility needed.

Balance needed.

Restraint needed.

But yesterday, I failed at this point.

I did not embody modesty.

I indulged my appetite.

I fed my obsession.

I sacrificed my sleep and my stability to my project.

And so the cycle returned—

Earth over Thunder — Hexagram 24: Return (again)

—a reset that placed me right back

into Water over Thunder: Difficulty at the Beginning,

which became the Omega anchor.

Thus the Omega revealed the root:

disregard for modesty yesterday → difficulty today.

And the Alpha revealed the path out:

obstruction → pushing upward → peace → clarity.

THE PAIN POINT THIS SOLVES

Most people think their morning defines their day.

But the Rainbow I Ching shows the deeper truth:

Your morning is the echo of yesterday’s discipline—or lack of it.

You wake into the fruit of your own choices.
