Ep. 36 — Wisdom, Righteous Speech, and the Taming of the Great — Proverbs 10 & Matthew 8 (KJV)

Bible Study
Proverbs 10:1–3 (KJV)
“But a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother…
Wise in heart shall receive commandments…
The lips of the righteous feed many…
The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.”
Proverbs 10 draws a sharp distinction between wisdom and foolishness. Foolishness creates heaviness, confusion, and instability, while wisdom produces peace, preparation, and provision. A foolish son feels heavy because foolishness resists instruction. The wise in heart receive commandments and lay up knowledge—meaning they prepare before necessity arises.
The righteous feed many through their words and actions. Their wealth is not sorrowful or burdensome, because it comes from Yahweh’s blessing, not striving. As Proverbs says, the wicked pass like a whirlwind, but the righteous have an everlasting foundation, established on the Rock—Christ Himself.
Matthew 8 reveals this foundation in action. Jesus speaks with authority over sickness, storms, and unclean spirits. His authority flows from alignment, not effort. Wisdom united with the Kingdom produces peace, clarity, and order.
How the ZeGoDie Relate to This Episode
Today’s ZeGoDie reading reflects the movement from disciplined preparation into present peace. The past shows restraint and waiting; the present reveals harmony and readiness. This mirrors Proverbs 10—wise men lay up knowledge—and Matthew 8, where calm authority replaces fear.
What the ZeGoDie Are
The ZeGoDie — Rainbow I Ching Oracle Dice are a seven‑die discernment system inspired by the I Ching, revealing movement across seven dimensions of being:
🔴 Body • 🟠 Emotion • 🟡 Mind • 🟢 Intuition • 🔵 Voice • 🟣 Intention • ⚪️ Spirit
Each cast reveals:
- AlphaGram — what is active now
- OmegaGram — what shaped the present or is forming next
- Branching & GrowthGrams — how energy unfolds
ZeGoDie do not predict events; they reveal spiritual alignment and motion.
Today’s ZeGoDie Reading
AlphaGram (Now): 11 — Peace (Earth over Heaven)
The present state is peace—not passivity, but ordered harmony. This peace comes from receiving instruction and correcting what was misaligned.
BranchingGram:
- 18 — Work on What Has Been Spoiled
Peace is sustained by repair, repentance, and restoration.
GrowthGrams:
- 14 — Possession in Great Measure (Fire over Heaven)
- 1 — The Creative (Heaven over Heaven)
Flow:
Peace → Correction → Abundance → Spirit‑led Creation
This fulfills Proverbs 10: the lips of the righteous feed many.
OmegaGram (Past Influence): 26 — Great Taming Power (Earth over Mountain)
The past was shaped by discipline, restraint, and stored strength—the unseen work that produces present peace.
BranchingGrams:
- 34 — Great Strength
- 5 — Waiting
- 57 — The Gentle (Breath / Subtle Influence)
Flow:
Restraint → Strength → Patience → Gentle Alignment
This describes a meditative and prayerful process—waiting on Yahweh, refining the will, and breathing with intention.
Blending Proverbs, ZeGoDie, and Matthew 8
Proverbs 10 teaches that wisdom prepares, righteousness feeds others, and Yahweh’s blessing brings richness without sorrow. The ZeGoDie confirm this: peace today is the fruit of past discipline and correction.
In Matthew 8, Jesus does not strive—He commands. This authority comes from alignment with the Father, not effort. The same pattern appears here: discipline leads to peace, peace to abundance, and abundance to creative service.
Wisdom is not reactive. It is prepared.
Peace is not fragile. It is established.
