You get a plain answer
Every message reaches a person, not a queue. If something is broken we say so, and if something is not built yet we say that too.

Support requests are stored for the site owner only. Your email address is never published, sold, or handed to advertisers.

Your work remains yours
Creators keep ownership of what they publish here, and can export or delete it. We are stewards of the room, not owners of your labour.
