1. Information you give us

Account information such as your name or handle, email address, password, avatar, and profile details. Creator information such as your page description, tiers, links, and payout details.

Content you create: posts, images, video links, comments, chat messages, and anything else you upload or send through RealizeUS.com.

Payment information you enter at checkout. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors — RealizeUS.com stores only limited details such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry, and billing country.

2. Information we collect automatically

Usage data such as the pages and posts you view, the creators you follow, when you sign in, and how you navigate RealizeUS.com. We use this for creator insights (aggregate view counts, unique visitors, and active-now numbers) and to keep the service working.

Device and connection data such as browser type, operating system, approximate region, and an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser. We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, including theme, transparency, and menu position.

3. How we use information

To operate RealizeUS.com: create and secure your account, deliver membership content, process payments and payouts, send messages between members, and provide support.

To improve RealizeUS.com: understand which features are used, debug problems, and develop new ones.

To communicate: transactional email about your account, payments, and memberships, plus optional notifications you can turn off in Settings.

To protect RealizeUS.com: detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations, and comply with legal obligations.

4. What we share

With creators you support: your display name, avatar, tier, join date, and messages you send them. Creators see aggregate statistics, not your browsing history elsewhere on RealizeUS.com.

With service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, database and storage, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of your data.

For legal reasons: when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RealizeUS.com, our members, or the public.

In a business transfer: if RealizeUS.com is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Public information

Your handle, display name, avatar, and public posts or comments are visible to anyone who visits RealizeUS.com. Locked posts are visible only to members of the tiers a creator has chosen. Think before sharing personal details in public posts, comments, or chats.

6. Your choices and rights

You can review and edit your profile, change your notification and appearance settings, and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from RealizeUS.com, subject to records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through the links on RealizeUS.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; doing so signs you out and resets your saved appearance settings.

7. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database permissions so that only you — and the people you share with — can reach your data. No service can promise perfect security; use a strong, unique password.

We keep information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Children and international transfers

RealizeUS.com is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

RealizeUS.com is operated with providers that may store data in other countries. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms to protect your information when it moves across borders.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When changes are material we will notify you and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of RealizeUS.com after an update means you accept it.
