1. Who can use RealizeUS.com

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join a membership, or receive payments on RealizeUS.com. If you are between 13 and 18 you may only use RealizeUS.com with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You agree to give accurate account information, keep your login credentials private, and take responsibility for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else is using it.

2. Your account

One person or organisation, one account. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account, and you may not impersonate another person, creator, or brand anywhere on RealizeUS.com.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, our Community Policies, or the law, or that exposes RealizeUS.com or its members to legal or financial risk.

3. Memberships and payments

Creators on RealizeUS.com set their own free and paid membership tiers, prices, benefits, and posting schedules. When you join a paid tier you authorise RealizeUS.com and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Charges recur automatically for the billing period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

Benefits are promised and delivered by the creator, not by RealizeUS.com. If a creator stops posting or fails to deliver a benefit, contact the creator first; we may step in and issue a refund at our discretion.

Taxes may be added to your total where required. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the membership page.

4. Creator obligations

If you earn on RealizeUS.com you are responsible for describing your tiers honestly, delivering what you promise, holding the rights to everything you publish, and complying with the tax and reporting rules that apply to you.

Payouts are made to the payout method you connect, on the schedule shown in your creator dashboard, after platform fees, payment processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks are deducted. We may hold or reverse a payout while we investigate fraud, chargebacks, or a policy violation.

5. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you publish on RealizeUS.com. By publishing it you grant RealizeUS.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content so we can operate, promote, and improve the service — including showing previews and thumbnails to people who have not joined your membership.

Content you access as a member is for your personal use. Do not download, re-upload, resell, or share paid content outside RealizeUS.com without the creator's written permission.

The RealizeUS.com name, logo, look and feel, and software are ours. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use them beyond ordinary use of the service.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not use RealizeUS.com to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, harass or endanger anyone, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, evade payment, launder money, or circumvent access controls on paid content. Our Community Policies describe prohibited content in more detail and form part of these Terms.

7. Copyright and takedowns

We respond to properly submitted copyright notices and may remove content or disable accounts for repeat infringement. If you believe your work was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice and we will review it.

8. Service changes, disclaimers, and liability

RealizeUS.com is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular creator, post, or feature will remain available. We may add, change, or remove features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealizeUS.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts and omissions of creators or members. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid through RealizeUS.com in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Disputes and changes to these Terms

Disputes between members and creators should be raised with the other party first, then with us. We may update these Terms; when we make material changes we will notify you and post the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use RealizeUS.com after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
